Annual Fund

Each year, the CHES PTA raises money to invest in our school programs and resources. These funds benefit our children, teachers, and school community. We host fundraisers, request sponsorships from local businesses, and seek community donations to our Annual Fund.

Can you contribute to this year’s Annual Fund? Contributions are welcome at all levels. any time during the year, and are greatly appreciated. Your support helps provide essential funds for programs, including:

  • Teacher classroom needs and instructional resources

  • School community activities like back-to-school socials, Talent Show, CHES 5K, and more

  • Educational celebrations like book fairs, math fest, and more

  • Field trips & afterschool enrichment programs

  • Scholarships for students to participate in any school activities with fees

  • Childcare for important school events like Curriculum Night

  • School resources and back-to-school supplies

  • Teacher Appreciation Week

Two Ways to Donate

Write a check payable to “CHES PTA” and bring it to the main office. You could also have your child deliver the envelope to their teacher, who will make sure it gets to the main office.

Donate online for the fastest and easiest experience. By donating via Givebacks, you reduce our administrative costs and make your donation go further for your child and our school.

Quick facts about our PTA:

  • We are a chartered unit of the NYS Chapter of the National Parent Teacher Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to engaging and empowering families and school communities.

  • We are 100% volunteer run – Our board members, members, and volunteers are made up 100% of CHES parents, grandparents, teachers, staff, and community members.

  • We are 100% fundraising-based – In order to hold our many school community events and programs throughout the year, we need to raise money. This is where you come in - we need your help!
