Enrichment Program

Each semester, the CHES PTA offers after-school enrichment classes taught in CHES classrooms. These small, topical classes are specially designed by teachers, caregivers, and local organizations to engage students in experiential learning. They focus on education, exploration, and fun. All classes run once per week for 8 weeks, from 2:00-3:10pm (Mondays-Thursdays).

Spring 2025 Term
Classes begin the week of March 17! End dates vary based on ICSD academic calendar/days off.

How to Register
Registration is open Friday, February 14th - Friday, February 28th.

  1. Complete the online registration form to express interest in enrolling your child in one or more enrichment programs.

  2. Once registration closes, class lists will be created and enrollment notifications will be sent to caregivers by the first week of March (along with payment details).

Cost
Enrichment is open to all CHES students. Classes cost $105 for the 8-week session. All classes are free for families who indicate the fee would be a barrier to participation.

Transportation
In general, children participating in the CHES Enrichment Program will need to be picked up by 3:10pm, walk home, or go to CHSAP. If your child is interested in participating in Enrichment and transportation is an obstacle, please email chesptaenrichment@gmail.com to discuss options.

Note: Completing the registration form does not guarantee enrollment in a class. THE ENRICHMENT PROGRAM usually hAS more applications than spaces. Please sign up only for classes your child wants to take and be sure they fit into your schedule - we cannot offer refunds. If you did not get into a class last term, you will have priority this term.
