The next CHES PTA meeting of the school year is Tuesday, February 7th from 5:45-6:45 p.m. We will be holding it in person in the CHES cafeteria. You can enter through the upper parking lot.
Our November meeting had a good turnout and engagement and we look forward to another productive meeting. One of the takeaways from our discussion in November was about exploring the right balance of in-person and virtual meetings to build community, so we're excited to have this meeting in-person!
We will provide updates from the PTA board, and then have a "sip and see" with tea and cookies and tables staffed by teachers and community volunteers to showcase some of the ongoing and upcoming projects and events.
Want to learn from teachers about how the school participates in Black Lives Matter at School or how teachers implement Culturally and Linguistically Responsive Teaching? Want to learn about upcoming events like the CHES 5k or the Talent Show?
We hope you'll come to learn more about (and potentially even sign up to volunteer for!) these upcoming and ongoing events and initiatives.
